The Adoption Process: You will be interviewed by our trained adoption counselors in the comfort of your home. Please answer questions thoroughly and feel free to ask us questions. - May no stone be left unturned! We want to make sure that this is a good fit for you and for your potential pet. ■The Adoption Fee: Cats are $150.00. Dogs are $300.00 ■Adoption Fee includes: - Spay/Neuter surgery - Avid or Home Again Microchip - Dog or cat collar - Educational Material - Grooming; to include bath (for dogs), nails clipped, ears cleaned, and flea preventative. - Dogs are dewormed, tested for heartworms (if negative, the foster parent administers a 30-day heartworm preventative pill; if positive, veterinary records for treatment), and age appropriate vaccines. - Cats are dewormed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and receive vaccinations for feline distemper, feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici virus and Rabies. |
